Every haircut, every conversation in the chair, and every small step of growth adds up to something bigger.

Where Community Meets Opportunity
Introducing our Scholarship Fund
All of our barbers come to us with years, sometimes decades, of experience cutting hair while serving time in prison. They’ve put in the hours, developed the skill, and mastered the craft. But when they come home, the path to becoming a licensed barber isn’t simple. Despite their expertise, they’re required to start from scratch: enrolling in school, paying tuition, and logging the hours all over again.
That’s where our Scholarship Fund steps in. By helping cover the costs of schooling and supplies, the fund eases that heavy burden and makes it possible for our barbers to earn the licenses they need to go from skilled apprentices to licensed barbers. It’s not just financial support, it’s an investment in their future, and in the future of our community.
