We’re excited to welcome Convict Coffee Company to Colfax, right next door to R&R Head Labs. And while great coffee and great haircuts already make for a pretty perfect pairing, this one means a little more to us.

Convict Coffee is a family-owned, mission-driven Colorado coffee company that believes in “redemption, not revolving doors.” The company supports programs focused on reducing recidivism, helping at-risk youth and creating pathways forward for people who have been impacted by the justice system.

At R&R Head Labs, that mission hits close to home.

Many of our barbers learned and mastered their craft while incarcerated. R&R was created to give talented barbers an opportunity to turn that skill into a meaningful career, build financial independence and create a new chapter after incarceration. But our mission has never come at the expense of the experience in the chair. Our barbers bring years—and in some cases decades—of experience cutting every hair type and texture.
