This Women's History Month, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the incredible women who lead, inspire, and uplift our barbershop and beyond. While we’re proud to be a space that gives second chances by hiring formerly incarcerated barbers, we’re equally proud that our leadership team is almost entirely made up of strong, dedicated women who are shaping the future of our industry.

Meet the Ladies in Leadership:

Deb Ramirez; Operations Manager

If you've been to the shop for a cut, you've met Deb. Deb is the shop's anchor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and our team is booked and busy. Not only does she run the shop, but she also does fabulous women's cuts and color. That's right—we do women's services at the shop!

Sharon Repenning; VP of Whatever it Takes

If you've ever been in the shop, you've also met Sharon. Not only is she the wife of our founder, but she literally does everything the rest of us can't figure out. A talented photographer, creative display-maker, and thrift shop queen, the interesting touches around the shop are all Sharon. She keeps everyone organized, on their toes, and ensures that the shop always looks the best it can.

Justine Preidis; VP of Operations

Justine Preidis is the VP of Operations at R&R Head Labs, providing oversight and structure to the operations of the barbershop with a passion for helping and inspiring others to reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Justine specializes in leadership and training, ensuring excellence in service and growth for the team.

Keren Nimmo; Chief Experience Officer

Keren is the Chief Experience Officer at R&R Head Labs, where she defines and elevates the brand and customer experience through innovative strategies. With over 25 years of expertise in human-centered design and integrating physical and digital experiences, she brings a unique vision to her role. Keren is dedicated to creating authentic, impactful experiences that resonate with customers and foster community engagement.

Annie Bloj; Creative Director

Annie Bloj, has spent her career as a fashion designer working for top companies like Gap and J. Crew, and designing for celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker and Venus Williams. Passionate about community support, Annie now brings her creative vision and dedication to designing and developing all the retail merchandise, managing the Gallery wall and other creative assets as needed for R&R Head Labs.

We've already tasted warmer weather here in Colorado this past week. It's also showing up in the shop with the return of clients coming out of winter hibernation! Check out some of the transformations our team has been creating lately.

In February, we celebrated our first anniversary and got together to paint some T-shirts, share some treats, and look back on the past year's accomplishments. Now more than ever, we are so excited to grow this brand, open more shops, and hire more barbers!
