I was raised in a stable, loving home with strong values and big dreams. But like many people, life tested me in ways I wasn’t prepared for. After experiencing deep personal loss, I lost my direction and turned to destructive choices that led me down a path of addiction and criminal behavior.

Eventually, I had to face the consequences and pay my debt. Somewhere in that darkness, I hit rock bottom. I once heard someone say, “When the pain of wanting to change becomes greater than the pain of staying the same, that’s when change happens.” That moment became my turning point.

Rebuilding my life wasn’t something I did alone.

My family, my children, my love, mentors, and brothers in recovery stood beside me while I learned how to stand on my own again. Their belief in me—especially during the times I struggled to believe in myself—became the foundation I now build my life on. Their support reminds me every day that accountability and community are strength.

Today I live a life of recovery and opportunity. I take it one day at a time—grateful, imperfect, and committed to growth. Everything I do is for my family, my beautiful children, and the love and support that helped rebuild me.

Barbering is more than a skill to me. It’s service. It’s connection. It’s restoring confidence one chair at a time.

Through R&R Head Labs and the incredible team here, I’ve been given the opportunity to build something positive, disciplined, and meaningful. I show up every day with gratitude, integrity, and the drive to serve my community at the highest level.
